Going Beyond OEE

Of course, OEE data is important. But sometimes there’s more to the story. This module allows for the collection and analysis of manufacturing asset data that isn’t factored into OEE.

The module can be configured for just about anything you’d like to pull from an asset. This includes data related to machine health or process health like temperature, vibration, spindle speeds, loads, amperage and anything else available in the control or collected by sensors. Start leveraging the data from your machine and other IIoT devices for storing, processing, and extracting value from time series data sets for predictive analytics.
